The Importance of Being Honest
It is important to be Honest to yourself about:
– What you want.
– Who you are.
– What you want to portray.
– Where you are at right now.
– What you want to achieve and what steps you need to take to get there.
When you are honest with yourself, it is easier to be honest with others. It is easier to make decisions and easier to communicate with others. As a result it will be easier to move forward in your life and be happy.
People with communication problems and people who don’t speak very much, can actually be massive liars who are hiding secrets about themselves.
Compulsive lying is a major problem that requires healing.
People who tell big black lies also require healing.
It is better to be honest about where you are at right now, though.
It is really beneficial to be really honest about everything in your life sometimes to total strangers and people you hardly know, because you can safely unburden the weight off your shoulders, without risking ruining a friendship with someone you know. This is a good reason to Have a Healing Session. Clients can be totally honest with me in a session and reveal anything they want to reveal about themselves.
It is also really easy to be honest about what you really feel about others in your life during a healing session with me, without risking alienating those people.
To summarise, being honest is really healthy because you show the universe that you are being your true self, and that you are happy to see the truth about yourself and work from that point now. If you lie, then the universe will help you to wear masks and this will be pointless and disappointing and it will create sickness.
