The Benefits of Meditation
Meditation is sitting silently in an undisturbed room or space, where you can focus on your goals or focus on nothing at all. Some people use soothing music and scents but I prefer NO DISTRACTIONS and I prefer to focus on my goals as it help me to stay in the right vibration to have what I want.
A good amount of meditation per day is about 2- 4 hours. Any less and it really is not enough to quiet your thoughts and emotions.
Meditation makes us CALM. When we are calm, we are also relaxed and more open to enjoyment and happiness. In fact when we are calm, we cannot be disturbed or annoyed or irritated at all. When we are calm, our chakras balanced themselves and we tend to be more grounded and healthy. When we are calm, we can coexist peacefully with each other more easily. When we are calm we can find solutions to problems, rather than freaking out and doing the wrong thing.
Meditations that focus on “no thoughts” help you to stay in control of your thoughts and to stop ones you don’t want. Meditation that focuses on goals, will help you to achieve those goals.
