How to Use Affirmations
Affirmations are good statements that we repeat to ourselves to change the way we think and feel, so that we can have what we want.
Different people respond to affirmations in different ways.
Below are several ways to use affirmations that may be beneficial for you.
– Just use one affirmation. This is simple and easy but you need to choose the right affirmation. An example of a good one is “my income is always increasing” or “I am satisfied now”.
– Use about 5-10 affirmations that cover a range of your most important goals.
– Use questions instead of statements to make your mind understand how you can have things. For example if you want wealth, then create an affirmation question that says “Why am I wealthy?” You can continue to answer these questions and write more questions that come from those answers and you learn how to have what you want in the process. This is an interesting way to dig in to your beliefs and feelings around an affirmation.
-There are 7 Light Axis Healing Techniques. The 7th Healing Technique is the Delta Healing, which is the Affirmations Part. At the end of each healing, Affirmation are written and sent to the client after the healing. This becomes homework that a client can do, in between healing sessions. We are really good at writing the specific affirmations that you will need to use, to heal.
